EDA Sportsmen Agency

EDA Sportsmen Agency is a young and breaking international Agency who leads to a new and highest professional level. The Agency is exclusively representing Football players and managing their career.

The Agency is focusing on creating its players the highest conditions that will give them the necessary tools for success. Nowadays, the world of Football is faster, stronger and mentally harder, and players must work harder and get all the necessary support in order to become leading players.

Our Agency is connected very well with clubs all over the world, and we have several scouts working for the company at all time. We are using our contacts on putting players at different clubs in many countries around the world. Our staff is highly professionals and knows the football market very well.

In our Agency we give the players all the necessary help to become a better player and a better person. In our Agency, every player is receiving extended services such as: Mental coaching stuff, personal affair's solving, meetings with player's parents, professional coaching stuff, personal video analyzing, training camps, health and medical rehabilitation center and more.

We follow Player's needs with all the support can be given such as: exclusive representation and contract signing; problem solving with clubs during the contract period; personal and professional support during hard periods and more.

Our motto is to use our knowledge and experience on helping each player with his professional carrier, such as getting top players their best deal in the right club, and teaching the young players to become more patient with achieving their goals.

ILAN BAKHAR
Director & Mental Consultant

Ilan Bakhar is a former Football player who played in the Israeli National Team, and several top clubs such as: Hapoel Tel Aviv and Beitar Jerusalem
(Israel), Racing Santander (Spain) and Sporting Braga (Portugal). Among his many achievements he has won the Israeli championship, the Israeli Cup and
qualified to quarter final of the European cup with Hapoel Tel-Aviv.

Ilan, who was a fantastic right back and experienced a lot throughout his career, has become a mental coacher for player. Ilan brings 20 years of
professional experience as a footballer and 2 years of hard studying the core of the mental coaching. Nowadays Ilan is working with most of the players in
the agency together with mental coacher Ran Conic who has 20 years of mental coaching experience. Together they worked out a special working method
for Football players.

Ilan is bringing to the agency his Football knowledge, contacts of football's people from all over the world and his straight and honest attitude. Ilan is
working very strong on developing the contacts to the European market. He believes that in a few months the agency will have direct contacts to
club's owners, sport's directors and scouts from several countries in Europe.

Ilan is divorced and has one daughter. He lives in Israel and speaks Hebrew, English and Spanish.

EFI SOFER
Director & FIFA Agent

Efi Sofer is a powerful and dedicated FiFa Licensed player's Agent.  Efi has been a FiFa player's Agent for the past 6 years and he is bringing a lot of knowledge and style into the world of Football. Efi was a former player who left Israel at the age of 21 and joined Brooklyn's college Football team on a scholarship; he has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Finance and Management.

In the past 5 years Efi has created a lot of contacts with clubs, agents and scouts from all over the world. He is bringing his full hart in to the business and work at the highest level of proficiency, he does not believe in short cuts and expect from his players to always give an extra effort.

His goal is to be able to open the door for a lot of young players from all over the world, and he believe that the Football player need a full support during their carrier on all aspects in and out of the field. In the past 2 years he has recruiting the best and the highest level of coaching staff to work and support his players.

Efi makes himself available to all his players at all time. He always keeps staying in touch with coaches, club managers and agents. As a former manager of an advertising and P.R company, He has an extreme knowledge on all the Media and P.R channels. This knowledge and all is contacts help him to carry out for all his players' publicity.

Efi is married and has one daughter. He lives in Israel and speaks Hebrew and English

ZAMMY SHRIBER
Director & Professional Consultant

Zammy is a successful business man who has a lot of love to the Football game. Zammy has joined the Agency in order to help all the young players in the goal to achieve their dreams to become a rich and famous Football player.

Zammy is a well known chef in Israel and he also very strong on making good and profitable investments. In the past 10 years he had helped few Football players with their investments and created excellent profit for each of them. His goal is to give the player's agency the support and knowledge of how to invest their money.

Zammy has appeared in many T.V shows and made his name in the Israeli media. He has a lot of contacts with leading business men on many countries around the world. His goal is to make the agency a one stop shop for all the players.

Zammy is married and has three children: one son and two daughters. He lives in Israel and speaks Hebrew, English and Polish.
